Position Overview:
The role focuses on developing engaging content strategies and managing social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. You will play a key role in crafting compelling content, driving social media initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop and implement content strategies for different platforms (e.g., website, blog, social media) to engage audiences and promote brand messaging.
- Create high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored to specific target audiences and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals and customer needs.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, user engagement, and brand voice.
- Track content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Social Media Management (SMM):
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand presence and drive engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activity, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep the brand competitive.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to improve engagement and reach.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media and content strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social media channels and content pieces.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, promotions, and content ideas.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
- Skills:
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to drive engagement and growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
