Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and effectively. You will communicate with clients via live chat and email, troubleshoot issues, and forward requests to the relevant departments as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via live chat and email with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively in English and Russian to address customer needs.
- Forward customer requests and issues to appropriate internal departments.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2); knowledge of German, Turkish, or Russian is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with 12-hour shifts (rotating day and night shifts).
- Onsite role in our modern office located in the heart of Riga.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Gross salary: approximately €1,550/month, depending on shifts.
- Performance-based bonuses after the probation period.
